    • Scope of Accreditation includes:
      • Sample Prep CUT and ETCH is a cross section of a weld then used to verify size and penetration
      • TENSILE TESTING to verify strength of material after welding (material should always be stronger)
    • Non-accredited inspections:
      • PUSH OUT and TORQUE TESTS to verify resistance weld strength

  • Potential work is reviewed for feasibility at the time of quoting
  • Once awarded, our kickoff process identifies any issues that may occur
  • All material used for the end product is given it’s own unique certification number in electronic system
  • Operators on the shop floor have access to all relevant work information and terminal’s throughout the building
  • Part approval process verifies dimensions to be within specifications
  • Part making is verified by a three piece documented final inspection process
  • Before packaging, all work is subject to a final dock audit
